PALM Scheme.
Build an engaged and reliable workforce

Short on hospitality staff?
We’ve got the fix. Through the PALM Scheme, Tribe connects Aussie businesses with hardworking Pacific Island and Timorese workers for up to 4 year gigs. For workers, it’s more than just a job - it’s a chance to build skills and earn money to send back home to support villages and communities.
